Cella

Cella, a resident of one of the beautiful norther Sydney suburbs, is a very ambitious and energetic high schooler. Along with school, she also does a part time job to keep learning something new everyday and also save up some cash for the break year she is planning to take after completing her high school. "I love travelling and that is what I have always wanted to do. I love the feeling of freedom and independence, and in parallel, I also get to be with new people and learn new aspects of life...", Cella says.

Cella's parents have been very supportive of her ambitions, and they all knew that one of the key milestone in this journey would be securing her driver's license. "Driving is therapeutic to me. It simply makes me happy. I am dreaming of a day where I get my own car and drive around a lot", says Cella.

Along with driving with her parents, Cella also did try a few instructors in the past. "While I did a few lessons with different instructors in the past, none of them gave me clarity on areas I had to work on and improve", Cella recalls. "I just felt like I was going in a loop and not learning anything new. This impacted my confidence adversely."

Cella's mom was particular about Cella not feeling dejected after a failure or 2 in the tests. After booking a lesson with SK from Tailwind Driver Training Academy, she called SK and said "I think she can drive very well but she has been up and down with her confidence. She has not been particularly comfortable with the lessons she took from previous instructors. I am after someone who can help her get better in time for the test. I am not too worried even if she fails in her first test, but I want her to be more confident. She may need some help with the maneuvers".

SK promised that he would call her after the first lesson and provide feedback on what he felt Cella should work on, and about her chances in the test. By the end of the first lesson, SK knew that there was no need for Cella or her mom to worry about her chances in the test. Cella came across as an eager and quick learner, and all SK had to do was teach Cella the right steering techniques, and tricks and tips she could use to easily master the maneuvers.

When SK called Cella's mom back after the first lesson to provide feedback, she said "Cella mentioned she now know exactly areas she needs to work on. She is clear in her mind and already seems very confident. Thank you!". 

​

In the next couple of sessions, SK helped polish Cella's techniques and made her practise the maneuvers a few times. Cella wasted no time and picked up all the right things in quick time.

Cella's driving test went very well and she got near perfect scores. "I am extremely delighted with the result! Thank you for everything. You helped me be very clear in my mind about what I was doing wrong and how I should correct them. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family members who are after driving classes." is what a proud P Plater Cella told SK after she passed her test!
