Gaurav

Gaurav is an Indian national and a recent migrant to Australia. “My family and I have long wanted to explore and experience the life in this beautiful country, and we are grateful that we got an opportunity”, says Gaurav. “The country offers immense potential for us as a young family, and a promising future for my young kid.”

Gaurav, who has a lot of driving experience in India and in the middle east, have been navigating Australian roads with ease. “I just had to get a hang of the rules, and I was pretty comfortable after that”. However, the new regulation changes meant that he had to convert his Indian license to an Australian license in quick time to keep up the living standards. “Even with all the great public transport options, nothing is as convenient as being able to drive around and go to places at will”, comments Gaurav.

While Gaurav was very confident about his driving skills, he decided it was best to get some professional help with understanding how driving tests are conducted and what the expectations are. “I sought help from my mates, and a great family friend immediately recommended Tailwind. She had found Taiwind and Sujith very patient and thorough, and thought if anyone could help, it would be them!”, Gaurav recalls.

“I called up Sujith (SK) and decided to sign up with Tailwind for a few classes. And on point, Sujith was very thorough with all the rules, and tips and tricks on minute aspects of the test that would eventually make a great difference in the result” says Gaurav.

Though a minor glitch unfortunately prevented Gaurav from securing his license in the first attempt, in the second attempt that followed very soon, Gaurav scored an amazing 112/113! “Through out this short gap between the first and second attempts, Sujith engaged with me and also helped me with tips on finding a test slot at the earliest available time at a very busy time. It was not easy to get a test slot, but the moment SK knew about new availabilities, he would message me to check.” Recalls Gaurav.

“Today I feel like someone who has been let free after a serving jailtime” jokes Gaurav. “It is so easy to take family around or go for a trip or for weekly grocery shopping without worrying much. And I have to thank Tailwind and SK for their immense help!” signs off Gaurav!
