Kaelyn

Kaelyn, originally from Thailand, and her partner lives in one of the suburbs near Hornsby. Kaelyn is a very active, multi-talented, ambitious and enthusiastic lady, and works for her partner's company as office admin.

She has been driving under her partner's supervision for a while, and is a very smooth driver. She had been on the look out for a professional driver trainer to help her build safe driving habits that would also help her ace the test.

Kaelyn had earlier tried an instructor that did not quiet work out for her. They then came across Tailwind on google, and after going through the website and some fabulous reviews on google, they decided to give Tailwind a call. The classes started very soon.

Tailwind's approach to training in custmised for every learner as their needs and objectives differ. Kaelyn was driving pretty well already, and our approach was to balance maintaining her confidence while making a few changes to her habits to get her be a better driver. We primarily worked on her scanning and steering techniques, and took her through different routes multiple times to ensure that she was very familiar with them. We continuously provided our feedback, even in writing, so that she could prepare for the next session in advance.

We are thrilled that all this worked. Kaelyn can now navigate the Australian roads supervision-free. She converted her Thai license to a full Australian license, and is now far more independent.
