Piyush

Piyush and his family migrated to Australia a few months ago as Permenant Residents. "One of the earliest realisations for me after reaching Australia was that A car is essential to get around", Piyush recalls. After securing a corporate job, Piyush started focussing on securing a driver's license.

"I have several years of driving", says Piyush, "but what I needed was a good understanding of all the rules and regulations, and a good understanding of how the driving test is performed and what the expectations are".

This encouraged him to start his search for a good driving instructor. Thanks to some strong references over a community whatsapp group, Piyush got in touch with Tailwind. "This (choosing the right driving instructor) was not something I could leave to chance. I trust my fellow community members, and there was no reason to not to explore options with Tailwind".

Over the first conversation, Piyush gathered information about the driving school, teaching methodology and the fees. "SK was transperant with the details, confident about the value he can add and thorough with all the details about the test. And I signed up", says Piyush!

"SK knew all the test routes like the back of his hand. He was very thorough with everything I had to focus on in the test. He kept pointing out even the most minute mistakes in real time, and that was immensely helpful", recalls Piyush.

While Piyush was unfortunate to miss out in the first attempt by a whisker. But he decided to put that behind him, learn from it and do better in the next attempt. And better he did! In the second attempt, Piyush performed extraordinarily well and secured his license. "I was disappointed after the results of the first attempt, but it only made me stronger. I had only one quick class with SK before my second attempt, and it was more than enough."

Piyush is now gearing up to purchase his first car in Australia, now that he has mastered the art of safe driving. "I will keep recommending Tailwind to my friends and acquaintances who are after quality driving lessons!", signs off a delighted Piyush.
