Shalini

Shalini, who originally hails from the state of Uttarakhand in India, lives with her husband, Pawan, and their 3 children in the northern suburbs of Sydney, Australia.

Shalini is a nurse by profession, and works at a prominent aged care center. She is currently in the process of move to the next stage in her career, and this made it all the more important for her to get her drivers license.

Shalini had attempted a test once previously, and was unfortunate enough to be not successful. Post this, Pawan and Shalini decided to seek professional help to build her confidence and work on developing her best driving practices that would help her get over the line in the test. And we at Tailwind are incredibly happy to have been the chosen one for this mission!

Shalini's determination was very evident from day 1. After about 30 minutes of driving during the first session, we made a structured plan to use the first 4 sessions to tweak her driving habits, fix any technical issues and make her more confident. We would then follow that up with a few mock tests to mentally prep her up!

A little over 2 weeks later after the first session, Shalini is now a proud P plater, itching to hit the road and make her own life easier by being able to commute to work and back without any dependency. We are elated to see her ace the test in style and secure her first solo drivers license in Australia. We feel both blessed and proud to have had this opportunity to assist Shalini in this journey!

We take this opportunity to thank Pawan and Shalini for trusting us with this mission. We would also like to congratulate Shalini for her performance in the driving test today, and wish her the very best and many safe drives ahead!

"Today, my wife successfully passed her driving test, and this would not have been possible without the guidance and support of Sujith from Tailwind. He focussed on building her confidence, correcting her mistakes, and teaching her practical driving techniques and best practices that made a real difference." (Review by Pawan - Shalini's Husband)
